Apartment Maintenance Technician for two apartment communities in Geneva and one in Manchester NY. Ideal candidate is hard working, reliable, works well with others, is self-motivated, organized and dedicated. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm with occasional on-call. 3 to 5 years experience in apartment maintenance is required. Driver Licsense and own, reliable transportation required with the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies. Pre-employement background check required. Job duties include, but are not limited to: HVAC - boilers, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and painting. Possess own hand tools. Other duties as assigned.
