$25.00-$35.50/hr Requirements Hands-on industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting with conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and motors Ability to independently diagnose failures and perform repairs/rebuilds Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance Comfortable using hand, power, and measurement tools #
