Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs on a variety of equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall success of our operations. Duties Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, refrigeration units, air conditioning units, and other mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install, service, and repair kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, and other appliances to meet operational standards. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems and identify potential issues before they develop into major problems. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks or parts transportation as needed. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and manuals to accurately diagnose issues. Must be willing to work in team environments. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical systems repair and appliance installation. Expertise in HVAC & appliance technology including HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems. Proven experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices across diverse equipment types. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus. Leadership qualities that enable effective team collaboration and problem-solving under pressure.
