What You'll Do Lead day-to-day pool service and plumbing operations Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field efficiently Assist with pool installations and system setups Train and guide crew members to maintain high standards Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and with quality workmanship Communicate with management professionally What We're Looking For Experience in pool service, plumbing, or related field Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Leadership experience (foreman or crew lead preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented mindset Why Join Josh Landscape ?
