Consolidated Precision Products seeks a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support our Manufacturing operations within the Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery to maximize uptime and reliability. You will work closely with engineers and operators to improve equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and execute timely repairs. Install, align, and commission new machinery and components. Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management on reliability improvements. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation in CMMS systems. Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards during maintenance activities. Support continuous improvement and root-cause analysis for recurring equipment failures. Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance shutdowns and major overhauls.
