- Maintenance Technician - Adult Care Facility
- We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a NYS DOH licensed adult care facility. The Maintenance Tech ensures our building, systems, and equipment are operating safely and efficiently, while maintaining a comfortable and compliant living environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs Handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues Respond to work orders and emergencies Maintain compliance with health and safety codes Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal upkeep
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience preferred Familiarity with tools and safety standards Must be dependable and physically capable of lifting and climbing
