Job Description

We're looking for a dependable, bilingual Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment community safe, clean, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner. Prepare vacant apartments for new residents. Complete plumbing, painting, drywall, and general maintenance repairs. Perform basic electrical, carpentry, flooring, and appliance repairs. Help maintain the property's cleanliness and appearance. Keep tools and supplies organized. Participate in an on-call rotation. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience with plumbing, painting, and drywall. Bilingual is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service skills. Reliable transportation required.
