Duties:

• Open door for guests arriving and departing;
• Accommodate any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, and other needs;
• Manage the Wait List when the restaurant is full;
• Provide guest assistance to servers as needed;
• Ensure that the host stand, front door, and retail area are clean and sanitized throughout shift;
• Maintain a clean and organized work area;
• Assist with retail sales to ensure neatness and organization;
• Complete other duties as requested or assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Reading, writing, and strong verbal skills required;
• Ability to transport and carry objects up to 15 pounds;
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours per shift;
• Must be able to climb stairs and effectively move throughout the facility.
• No specific experience or higher education is required.
