🔧 Maintenance Technician 📍 1st Shift | Lockport, NY |

Pay:

This is a hands-on mechanical role supporting a modern facility with continuous operations. ✅ What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production and facility equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment issues Support two extrusion lines operating 24/7 Complete equipment inspections, lubrication, oil changes, and adjustments Maintain and repair: Hydraulics Pumps Motors Gearboxes Bearings Troubleshoot industrial machinery, including drill presses Assist with hot oil boiler maintenance and monitoring Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Document repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime Cross-train on additional equipment and maintenance functions 🛠 Required Skills Preventive maintenance experience in manufacturing Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability Experience with: Hydraulics Bearings Motors Pumps Gearboxes Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings Experience with inspections, lubrication, and oil changes Strong documentation and record-keeping skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment 🎯 Why Join This Company?
