We service pools across Manlius, Fayetteville, DeWitt, Cazenovia, Chittenango, Jamesville, LaFayette, Pompey and Skaneateles. Newer trucks, real software, and a small crew that takes the work seriously. The owner is in the field with you. We're hiring a lead technician to run a route, handle the harder repairs, and help bring up the rest of the crew. This is a seasonal role running from spring openings through fall closings, starting spring 2027. We're hiring now so the right person is lined up before the season starts. What you'll do Run a route of residential openings, closings, weekly service and repair calls Diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, salt systems and automation Test and balance water chemistry Lead one or two helpers in the field and keep the truck stocked and organized Communicate with customers on site and document every job in our app Work with the owner on routing, procedures and training What we need 2+ years hands-on pool service experience, or a strong mechanical or trade background Can troubleshoot equipment and fix it without being walked through it Age 21+ with a clean driver's license (insurance requirement for company trucks) Comfortable using a phone app for scheduling, photos and job notes Reliable, on time, and good with homeowners Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outside in CNY weather Nice to have CPO certification Safety cover installs, heater repair, or plumbing/electrical experience What you get $25 to $30 per hour based on experience Company truck and tools while on the clock Paid training and certification support A real shot at running operations as we grow To apply, respond here or call/text (315) 766-5776.
