This hands-on role involves advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, minimizing equipment downtime, and supporting other technicians and machine operators. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose PLCs, servo motors/drives, VFDs, and AC/DC motors Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Support equipment startups, line changeovers, and production operations Identify recurring problems and recommend reliability improvements Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals Document maintenance work in the CMMS Follow all safety, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures Qualifications 5-8 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, production, or pharmaceutical environments Electro-mechanical technical training required; bachelor's degree is a plus At least 3 years of experience with packaging equipment, including cartoners, flow wrappers, and labeling machines Experience with rotary die-cutting equipment is a plus Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities Ability to lift 25-50 pounds #HP123
Pay:
$65,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
