Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues Respond to service requests with professionalism, urgency, and a resident-first mindset Complete preventative maintenance and apartment turns to ensure quality living experiences Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds and common areas Support emergency maintenance needs, including participation in an on-call rotation

What You Bring:

Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel between local communities as needed

HVAC/EPA
