Maintenance Technician/Security (Full-Time and part-time, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am) Responsible for repairs to mechanical systems. Performs general repairs and maintenance duties in all buildings, including preventive maintenance. Maintains grounds, performing seasonal duties. Protects Fox Run property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Responds to resident emergencies. Performs various other functions as assigned. Make rounds on campus to ensure the safety of Community Members. Hourly range $18.00-$21.00 (depends on experience) We are a drug free, smoke free and tobacco free campus.
