Job Opportunity:

Part-Time Master Facilities Maintenance Technician

BM & BW, LLC

is looking for a skilled and dependable Part-Time Master Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. We guarantee a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the opportunity to work 20+ hours during busy periods. Year-round availability is required. We are looking for someone experienced in interior and exterior property maintenance , with their own tools and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Plumbing repairs — pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, tubs, faucets, etc. Electrical troubleshooting and minor electrical repairs Carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring Minor roof repairs and exterior maintenance Small appliance repairs, including stove ignitors and coils General interior and exterior property repairs Apartment turnovers and preparation Safely using ladders and working at elevated heights Carrying materials and equipment up to 75 pounds Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies Requirements Strong experience in general property/facilities maintenance Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, drywall, painting, and general repairs Experience with minor roofing and exterior maintenance Own your own tools Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Able to work independently and troubleshoot problems Professional, dependable, and hardworking Must live within a 20-30 minute drive of Palmyra, NY Available for year-round maintenance If you are an experienced, well-rounded maintenance professional looking for steady part-time work with opportunities for additional hours, we would like to hear from you.
