Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30

PM Pay Rate:

Key Responsibilities:

Patch holes and repair minor damage. Remove and replace carpets as needed. Change light bulbs and perform basic electrical tasks. Address plumbing issues and fix door knobs and locks. Conduct basic repairs on shelves and furniture. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Clean drains and other plumbing fixtures. Perform any other basic repairs as required.

Qualifications:

Experience in maintenance tasks is preferred. Reliable transportation is required for travel between multiple facilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
