GED Driver's License Woodworking Full Job Description Education and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Maintains a valid NYS Drivers' license within agency criteria.
  • Two- (2) years maintenance or construction experience required.
To perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs and renovations to Maryhavens' properties.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8am-330pm with flexibility.
Essential Functions:
  • Performs the following maintenance tasks according to building codes and specifications: ceramic tiles, light electrical, formica, metal studs, vinyl floor, plumbing, drop ceilings, spackling, painting, sheetrock, carpentry
  • Completes necessary paperwork for each assignment such as: vehicle mileage forms, work orders, purchase requisitions, invoices, etc.
  • Carries a work cellphone and responds promptly.
  • Reports safety needs immediately and/or corrects them when observed.
  • Snow removal, plowing and shoveling.
  • Moving offices, community based individuals and classrooms as needed.
  • Completes all assignments with attention to detail and quality of finish.
