The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing replacement windows and doors and is comfortable completing the entire installation process—from removal of existing windows and doors through interior and exterior trim and finish work. This is an experienced-level position and is not intended for entry-level installers. If you have a background in window installation, door installation, carpentry, remodeling, home improvement, or residential construction , we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Remove existing windows and doors Install replacement windows and exterior/interior doors Properly measure, fit, level, secure, insulate, and seal installations Complete interior and exterior trim and finish work Maintain a clean and professional jobsite Protect customers' homes and property during installation Complete installations efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Provide dependable, professional service on every project Qualifications Applicants must : Have previous window and/or door installation experience Be experienced with replacement window and door installation Be able to complete interior and exterior trim/finish work Have a reliable vehicle Have their own hand tools Be dependable and punctual Take pride in quality craftsmanship Be able to work independently and complete installations professionally Experience in carpentry, residential remodeling, home improvement, finish carpentry, construction, window replacement, or door replacement is strongly preferred. Compensation $40
- 60 per hour Pay is based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated installation ability.
