Building & Facility Repairs:
General carpentry, painting, drywall, door and dock-door repair, plumbing and electrical basics, lighting replacement, and roof/gutter checks

Assist with HVAC, refrigeration, compressor, and utility systems — filter changes, preventive maintenance rounds, and coordination with outside contractors
Tenant Service Requests:
Respond promptly to tenant maintenance calls, troubleshoot issues, and communicate status clearly
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain shop and equipment in safe working order, support fire and building inspections, and follow all safety procedures
