Job Description
Maintenance Technician Full‑time | Distribution Center | Rome, NY We're looking for a reliable, safety‑driven Maintenance Mechanic to keep our facility running smoothly. If you know your way around electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems — and you don't mind getting your hands dirty — this role is for you. What You'll Do Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing equipment. Handle general facility and yard maintenance. Assist with chemical/hazardous spill cleanup. Keep accurate maintenance records. Recommend improvements to equipment and facility operations. Work overtime and respond to call‑outs when needed. Follow all safety and housekeeping guidelines. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years electrical, mechanical, or welding experience. Strong safety mindset and excellent attendance. Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work well with all departments. Team‑first attitude with solid communication skills. Power equipment certification is a plus. Must be able to meet physical requirements and wear required PPE.
