In this role, you will keep our production facility running safely and efficiently through proactive preventative maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and technical repairs.

Key Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine inspections, filter changes, lubrication, and system tune-ups on industrial machinery, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and HVAC units to prevent unexpected downtime.Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures in production equipment and HVAC systems, executing prompt repairs on pumps, motors, compressors, and control lines.Refrigerant & Environmental Management:
Service, recover, and charge commercial HVAC/R systems in strict compliance with EPA regulations and environmental safety standards.Component Replacement & Calibration:
Rebuild, align, and recalibrate failed industrial parts—such as valves, bearings, belts, actuators, and electrical relays—to restore equipment to peak operating efficiency.Safety & Code Compliance:
Adhere to OSHA guidelines, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and facility safety protocols while keeping accurate records of all maintenance work logs and equipment servicing. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance and commercial HVAC/R systems. Active EPA Universal Certification preferred (or working towards it). Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. How toApply:
