We're a senior retirement community looking for a dependable General Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our buildings and grounds.

Duties include:

Completing general maintenance repairs and work orders Assisting with building upkeep and preventative maintenance Trash removal throughout the property Snow removal and ice management during winter weather Position requirements: General maintenance or handyman experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and motivated Excellent time management skills Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the day Valid driver's license Availability for on-call snow removal hours is required Benefits include: Health insurance Dental insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays 401k with employer match Opportunity to grow your skills and career Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
