We are seeking a reliable team member who is available to work nights and weekends. This role includes general building maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Hotel Maintenance Technician Perform routine building inspections and repair mechanical systems as needed. Maintain electrical, heating, and plumbing systems. Inspect fire and safety alarm systems and coordinate repairs when necessary. Complete general repairs, including locks, windows, painting, carpentry, and landscaping. Maintain and test the pool in compliance with New York State health code. Occasionally drive the hotel shuttle while following all New York State traffic laws. Skills of Maintenance Technician Proven experience as maintenance technician Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime Must have a valid and clean drivers license
