Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and upgrades on liquid batching and mixing equipment, water treatment skids and utility systems. Maintain and troubleshoot purified water generation, storage and distribution systems to quality and regulatory standards. Service plant utilities including compressed air, steam and water distribution. Diagnose electrical, mechanical and process control faults on production equipment and carry repairs through to a verified fix. Record maintenance activity, work orders and safety documentation in line with cGMP and data integrity requirements. Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks and coordinate downtime with Production, Quality and EHS. Conduct safety inspections and enforce lockout/tagout, permitting and PPE practices in assigned areas. Support system upgrades, shutdowns and regulatory inspections. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school graduate or associate degree in electro-mechanical technology preferred. Minimum 2 years of industrial equipment troubleshooting and maintenance experience. Working knowledge of purified water systems and preventive maintenance principles. Hands-on experience with pumps, electric motors, agitators and mixers, pneumatics, solenoids, relays, photo sensors and liquid process flow. Fundamentals of basic electricity, motor controls and process control systems. Working knowledge of cGMP, lockout/tagout, PPE requirements and interpretation of Safety Data Sheets for hazardous materials. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and to stand, climb, bend and kneel on a production floor for extended periods. Non-exempt role requiring flexibility for extended shifts, overtime, on-call emergency response and occasional nights, weekends and holidays. #ERGx
