Lead maintenance supervisors, planners and mechanics to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime on high-speed converting and packaging lines. Responsible for CMMS adoption and data integrity across work order creation, prioritization, planning, execution and closeout. Partner with the planner/scheduler on job readiness, parts availability, backlog management and schedule compliance. Responsible for preventive maintenance performance, aligning PM tasks to equipment condition and failure modes and removing low-value activities. Drive root cause analysis and corrective action on chronic downtime alongside Engineering and Continuous Improvement. Implement predictive and condition-based maintenance. Direct spare parts strategy, critical spares coverage and storeroom inventory accuracy. Report performance on uptime, PM compliance, schedule adherence, MTTR, MTBF and repeat failures. Requirements BS in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management or a related technical field; an equivalent combination of education and maintenance leadership experience will be considered. Minimum 10 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in high-speed manufacturing, including leading teams in a multi-shift operation. Experience with CMMS implementation or adoption, work management, PM execution, maintenance planning and reliability improvement. Experience with root cause analysis, corrective action and repeat failure elimination using downtime and work order data. Experience in an FDA, cGMP, ISO, medical device, pharmaceutical or consumer products manufacturing environment. Ability to maintain floor presence across multiple shifts and respond to urgent operational issues outside normal working hours. Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, SMRP or CMRP certification a plus. #ERGx
