Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing ongoing facilities maintenance & complete basic repairs as needed on a multi-unit residential property.Requirements:
Must have basic electrical, plumbing, & painting experience visible on your updated resume. When assigned On Call duty, must respond to after hours & emergency maintenance calls within 20 minutes of being contacted by answering service. On average, on call equals one time per week. There are often many weeks with no after hours calls. Must have valid driver's license & registered, inspected motor vehicle. Must have own tools & not live further than 20 minutes from location. Mechanical ability, as well as general knowledge of electrical & plumbing. Knowledge of HVAC systems is a ++++, but not required. Personable, professional attitude. #IND456Pay:
