Job Description

Home to 80+ rescued horses, ponies, donkeys & mules.

Duties Includes:

Repair, power wash & paint barn structures Build new barn doors as needed Repair, install & paint fencing Repair roadways Oil changes in equipment Operate skid steerer, tractors, gators, etc. Use of basic hand tools Mow lawns Weed whack Snow - plow and shovel Pick up maintenance materials at suppliers Cover for farm staff: horse related activities such as cleaning stalls and paddocks, hay distribution, clean/replace water in troughs And more…. Will we train to drive a gooseneck 6-horse trailer. Trips would be to and from equine hospitals in Ithaca and Saratoga —load and unload equines. Must be dependable & self-motivated!
