Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-notch maintenance services that keep our environment running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC & refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units and related components. Install, troubleshoot, and repair various appliances and kitchen equipment with precision and care. Read schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately identify issues and execute repairs effectively. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks across multiple sites. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards. Collaborate with team members on complex projects such as construction or system upgrades to enhance facility infrastructure. Skills Mechanical knowledge covering mechanical systems repair, equipment maintenance, and general construction experience. Ability to operate equipment repair tools efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when addressing maintenance needs or explaining repairs. Experience working with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) supplies and managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
