Responsibilities Complete apartment unit turns Respond to general maintenance work orders Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs Complete basic carpentry, drywall, and painting Maintain property grounds and curb appeal Assist with snow and ice removal Perform routine and preventative maintenance Help coordinate and oversee outside contractors Communicate professionally with residents and staff Follow all safety procedures Rotate On Call Responsibilities Qualifications General apartment or building maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Ability to use common hand and power tools Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining safe, clean, and comfortable homes for our residents.
