Awning Installer/Construction

We are looking for people who are willing to learn the awning trade. Applicants must be mechanically inclined with general knowledge of construction, familiar with hand and power tools, needs to be comfortable on ladders, able to measure accurately and be able to safely lift 75 plus lbs. Applicants must have a clean driving record. Salary is based on experience. Responsible for installing and removing awnings from homes and businesses Must have: Valid Driver License Must be able to use hand tools, have own transportation, manual dexterity & be able to climb a ladder up to 12' Construction Experience is very helpful. We are currently looking to fill an Awning Installer position. The ideal candidate will have prior construction experience as well as a general knowledge of hand and power tools.

PM Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction or installation work, preferably in awning installation, but willing to train.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Need to be able to work from ladders and lifts
• Job requires; heavy lifting (75+ lbs. at times), standing on feet all day, bending and stooping, basic construction knowledge, working knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Looking for someone who is devoted and prompt with time management.

Someone who has a positive attitude and can work well with others.

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
