Job Description
Local property management agency seeking self motivated individual who is not afraid of hard work.
A typical day could include:
removing items left in a vacant rental, prepping & painting interior walls, trim & doors, various plumbing and electrical repairs among others. Must be honest & trustworthy, have a good attitude and be willing to learn. Must be able to work independently and account for their time daily. A valid driver's license is required, a reliable vehicle and tools would be beneficial. Agency will train &/or assist the right individual as needed.
