Full-Time | PermanentAbout the Opportunity An established manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team. You'll play a key role in keeping production equipment running efficiently by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while supporting continuous plant operations. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Diagnose faults on production machinery, material handling systems, and facility electrical systems. Perform planned preventative maintenance (PM) on manufacturing equipment and building systems. Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and industrial control systems. Modify and support Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs. Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC drives and motor control systems. Support extrusion and other manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime. Order replacement parts and maintenance supplies as required. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance support. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Work overtime when required to support production. What We're Looking For 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills across:

Industrial electrical systems Hydraulics Pneumatics Mechanical equipment Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens preferred). Knowledge of AC/DC drives and industrial motor controls. Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Experience performing preventative maintenance programs. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license. Must provide your own maintenance tools and toolbox. Preferred Qualifications Journeyman Electrician certification. Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. State-approved apprenticeship or equivalent technical training. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety standards. Why Apply?
