Maintenance Technician Avon, OH Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for a stable opportunity with a company that values your skills? We are seeking a motivated maintenance professional with a strong mechanical background to help keep our production equipment and facility operating safely and efficiently. Job Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical drawings. Inspect machinery, identify potential issues, and complete repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain and repair facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Assist with equipment installations, machinery upgrades, and facility improvement projects. Complete work orders, maintenance logs, inspection reports, and equipment documentation. Monitor replacement parts inventory and communicate material needs. Coordinate maintenance activities with production personnel, contractors, and vendors. Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, fabrication, and industrial equipment. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. High school diploma or GED required. Industrial Maintenance certification or vocational training is preferred. Ability to pass a preemployment screening
Shift:
1st (6 am 230 pm) (OT as needed)
Wage:
