Full time maintenance technician needed for an apartment community in Bedford. The ideal candidate is a team player who is willing and able to complete work orders in a timely and professional manner. Prior apartment maintenance experience is highly preferred .

Daily tasks may include:

Grounds cleanup and weeding Trash removal Apartment turnover Basic plumbing and electrical Drywall repairs Basic carpentry Vinyl floor installation Snow removal Moving appliances or other heavy items Candidate must have a valid driver license, reliable transportation, the ability to be on call as required, an acceptable background check and own tools. No medical benefits provided. Potential rent discount available.
