Full Job Description Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team. Well qualified candidates will be able to perform a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper function and appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, repairing plumbing fixtures, and fixing doors and windows.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and outlets.
• Perform carpentry work, including repairing walls and floors, installing new fixtures, and building shelves and cabinets.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed and maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications
