Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal production efficiency. Your expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems will be essential in minimizing downtime and supporting continuous operations. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment using precision measuring instruments and schematics. Troubleshoot electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage circuits, using voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Diagnose and repair electrical issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical blueprints, and schematics to ensure seamless automation processes. Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems by inspecting components, troubleshooting issues, and replacing defective parts to maintain operational integrity. Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely for maintenance tasks at elevated heights while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future preventive tasks. Conduct welding activities including stick welding as needed for equipment repair or fabrication projects. Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting complex machinery problems and implementing process improvements. Support technical sales efforts by providing expert advice on equipment specifications or repairs when required. Experience Proven experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical systems, and reading electrical blueprints or schematics. Skilled in mechanical repair techniques including welding (stick welding), hydraulic repairs, and pneumatic system troubleshooting. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician responsibilities, and control system troubleshooting. Experience using precision measurement instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools for accurate troubleshooting. Ability to interpret engineering schematics and technical manuals effectively while maintaining safety standards. Strong analysis skills combined with excellent customer service orientation when collaborating across teams or supporting internal clients.
