Full-Time, Exempt Key Responsibilities - Work Order Execution & Project Support Respond promptly to submitted work orders as a first-line maintenance resource. Complete routine and emergency work orders in a timely and professional manner. Lead or assist in maintenance projects originating from PMRs, downtime meetings, or reliability initiatives. Provide accurate documentation and status updates for all completed work. Preventive Maintenance (PM) Perform Level 1, 2, and 3 preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules. Conduct critical PMs on key equipment including mixers and high-priority production assets. Support extended maintenance activities including weekend work when required. Perform equipment inspections, calibrations, and condition assessments. Identify reliability improvement opportunities and assist with implementation planning. Equipment Ownership & Accountability Maintain assigned production areas including Sheetline 1Q, Millroom 1Q, and Coater Lines. Ensure equipment performance, cleanliness, and mechanical integrity meet operational standards. Maintain detailed maintenance and repair records for compliance and traceability. Capital Projects & Continuous Improvement Support capital improvement projects from planning through installation and commissioning. Participate in 6S initiatives to enhance organization, efficiency, and workplace safety. Collaboration & Production Support Work directly with production operators to troubleshoot issues and minimize equipment downtime. Coordinate maintenance activities with production leadership to align with operational goals. Support team members and assist with departmental needs as required. Safety & Compliance Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times. Promote a culture of safety awareness and risk reduction. Ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory and internal safety standards.
