Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will keep our environment safe, efficient, and fully operational, supporting our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical systems while adhering to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, kitchen appliances, and other mechanical components efficiently and accurately. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at various locations as needed. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts inventory in compliance with operational procedures. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects and ensure timely completion of tasks with minimal disruption. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex equipment issues. Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology along with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO). Mechanical knowledge related to kitchen equipment maintenance, appliance installation, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems. Ability to operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards assisting clients or team members. Leadership qualities that enable effective supervision of maintenance activities when required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for record keeping and inventory management. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
