By leveraging ERP systems and analytical insights, you will help minimize discrepancies and ensure our operations run efficiently to meet customer needs. Responsibilities Execute regular cycle counts and manage inventory adjustments to maintain high data integrity. Utilize ERP software to record stock movements, track trends, and generate detailed reports on inventory discrepancies. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies that resolve stock issues and improve overall inventory accuracy. Support operational efficiency by identifying obsolete inventory and recommending process improvements. Maintain a high-quality work environment by adhering to 5S methodology and organizational standards. Prioritize workplace safety by following all established protocols and participating in required safety training. Perform administrative tasks and contribute to team KPIs to ensure consistent productivity. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail. Proven time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and reaching. Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems. Preferred Skills 3+ years of experience in an inventory or warehouse role. Current forklift certification. Prior working knowledge of ERP or RF scanning systems.
