Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hardworking handyman to assist with a variety of general maintenance and repair projects. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn new skills through paid training. Responsibilities Painting and touch-up work Drywall repair and installation Basic electrical repairs Basic plumbing repairs General maintenance and repairs Use hand and power tools safely Work from ladders and safely access elevated areas Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete assigned work in a timely and professional manner Requirements Reliable transportation Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs Able to safely use a ladder Able to read and write Reliable and dependable Willingness to learn and participate in paid training Knowledge of how to read a tape measure preferred Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or repair experience is a plus Must be able to pass applicable background screening; no violent or sex-related felony convictions Schedule & Training This position starts part-time while paid training is completed . Upon successful completion of training, additional hours and/or expanded responsibilities may be available.
Compensation:
$15 while in training, $20+ after training
