Shift:
4:00 PM-4:00 AM | 12-Hour Rotational Schedule (4-3-3) Looking for a long-term maintenance career with a great schedule and competitive pay? We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team on a 12-hour rotating night shift. This is a great opportunity for a dependable maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys keeping production running efficiently. You'll play a key role in equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, line changeovers, and minimizing downtime.

Schedule:
Night Shift:
4:00 PM-4:00 AM (Training on 1st shift 4:00am-4:00pm for about 2 weeks) 12-hour rotational schedule One week: 4 days / One week: 3 days Schedule provides consistent extended time off
What You'll Do:
Perform production line changeovers, including cappers, fillers, conveyors, video jets, sleeve machines, case erectors, case packers, palletizers, bottle unscramblers, and steam tunnels Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment Repair and maintain pumps, motors, conveyors, and other production equipment Accurately document and track downtime in the company ERP system Perform facility maintenance as needed Safely use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and electrical testing equipment Follow all GMP, safety, and SOP requirements Support continuous improvement efforts to improve equipment reliability and efficiency Assist with special projects and other maintenance tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience 3+ years of electrical experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Experience working with multiple mechanical trades Experience using multimeters and electrical testing equipment preferred Experience repairing pumps, motors, conveyors, and production machinery Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities High school diploma or GED required Skilled trades apprenticeship in Electrical, Mechanical, Machining, or a related field preferred Experience with boilers and pasteurizers is a plus Ability to work a 12-hour rotational schedule
