Full-time The CNC Maintenance Technician's primary responsibility is troubleshooting CNC equipment and ensuring Planned Maintenance (PM) procedures and machine repairs are completed in a safe and timely manner.Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues Identify and replace parts as necessary Complete testing and make adjustments of parts as needed Complete planned and preventative procedures Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations Other duties as required Qualifications High School Diploma; technical certificate is a plus Minimum 5 years CNC Maintenance Experience Ability to work unsupervised Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions Ability to multitask job duties effectively and efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills to run multiple software applications, such as Excel, Word, Notes, etc. Benefits • Competitive Salary based on applicant's experience or skills. • Comprehensive benefits package.
