We're partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company seeking a Wastewater Technician to join its first-shift team. What You'll Do As a Wastewater Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping the facility's wastewater treatment system operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Monitor and maintain wastewater treatment equipment and systems Perform daily oiling, greasing, and preventative maintenance on pumps and equipment Conduct chemical testing, drawdowns, and jar tests to maintain proper treatment levels Monitor pH levels, calibrate probes, and document readings Inspect pumps, water flow, and chemical delivery systems while making adjustments as needed Monitor water pit levels and overall wastewater system performance Maintain chemical inventory and coordinate timely reordering Complete required operational logs and documentation Follow all food safety, environmental, and workplace safety procedures Assist with other wastewater operations and maintenance tasks as needed What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and solve problems Comfortable working around industrial equipment in wet or varying temperature environments Ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays At least 18 and authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available) Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, industrial, wastewater, or production experience High school diploma or GED Stable work history Why You'll Love This Opportunity ✅ $25.00-$31.00/hour ✅ Earn an additional $1.50/hour weekly attendance bonus ✅ Excellent health, dental, and vision benefits ✅ Paid holidays ✅ Paid vacation ✅ Free uniforms ✅ Stable, growing company with long-term career opportunities If you're looking for a rewarding career where your work makes a real impact and you're ready to join a team that values reliability, safety, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you!
