Description Maintenance Technician 2 - Columbus, OH Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for an role with a stable organization in downtown Columbus? What You'll Do This position is responsible for building maintenance in the areas of groundskeeping, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, Fire Safety, carpentry, and welding in order to assist in meeting the maintenance, repair, and operational needs of the facility under minimal supervision. This position participates in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for emergencies, as well as occasionally working overtime in order to perform certain job tasks and/or responsibilities that cannot be performed during normal business hours. Click here for job details What You'll Bring A High School Diploma or GED is required At least four years of experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing Knowledge of standard practices, materials, drywall practices and tools of building and mechanical trades.
