You will work with a great team and play a key role in maintaining all areas of the property while performing service requests for our residents. This is an hourly position with emergency on-call. Required skills & competencies include: Demonstrated practical technical abilities, including but not limited to HVAC repair, appliance repair, painting, roofing, water heater replacement/repair, simple carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, and basic electrical. Skilled in safe use of maintenance hand & power tools, and other maintenance aids. Ability to communicate clearly, both written & orally. Basic math; ability to add, subtract, and calculate measurements. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

HVAC/EPA
