In this fast-paced, customer-centric environment, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on store fixtures, lighting, HVAC, and equipment. You'll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, complete work orders, and support remodels and seasonal resets. Collaborating closely with store and facilities teams, you'll help ensure a clean, reliable, and welcoming environment that supports exceptional customer and associate experiences while upholding safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities Perform preventive and routine maintenance on store fixtures, lighting, HVAC, and equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to minimize downtime Conduct regular inspections to ensure a safe, clean, and compliant retail environment Coordinate with store and facilities teams to prioritize work orders and resolve issues quickly Maintain maintenance logs, inventory of parts, and basic tools in good working order Support store openings, remodels, and seasonal floor set changes as needed Required Skills Preventive maintenance Basic HVAC repair Electrical troubleshooting Plumbing repair Safety and OSHA compliance Work order management Hand and power tools operation Reading technical manuals and schematics Time management Basic computer skills for logging work
