We are fully staffed with a team of four technicians, allowing for a manageable workload and strong team support. On-call rotation is one week per month when fully staffed. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive benefits and consistent hours. Responsibilities Complete service requests (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances) Perform apartment turns and unit preparation Preventative maintenance Troubleshoot and repair building systems Provide professional customer service to residents Qualifications Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, and general repairs HVAC experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong reliability and attendance Requirements Must have a reliable vehicle to use during the workday Must pass background check Must pass drug screening (including marijuana) Compensation & Benefits 4 weeks PTO (prorated in first year) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Short-term disability Monday-Friday schedule Fair on-call rotation (1 week per month) We are a stable ownership group with long-term employees and low turnover.
