T&R Properties is seeking a hardworking, dedicated Maintenance Service Technicians that will be responsible for maintaining our apartment communities. The right candidates will have a great work ethic with a customer service mentality, the ability to work well with others, and be able to perform tasks timely, accurately, and completely. Responsibilities:

Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned Exterior structural maintenance as needed Assist in property grounds maintenance Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:

HVAC experience required EPA Universal required High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience Light plumbing and electrical experience Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process) Valid driver's license and insurance
