What you'll do Operate commercial mowing equipment (walk-behind and zero-turn) to a professional finish Perform weekly lawn maintenance including edging, trimming, and blowing Complete job-site walkthroughs and checklists before departing each property Assist with mulch installation, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups Operate and maintain equipment in proper working condition and report issues promptly Represent Northmark professionally when working on client properties Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of professional landscaping or lawn care experience - required, no exceptions Demonstrated ability to operate commercial mowing and trimming equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and perform physical labor throughout the day Punctual, dependable, and accountable - crew members count on you to show up ready to work Attention to detail and commitment to completing jobs correctly and completely Nice to have Experience with pruning, planting, or irrigation systems Snow removal or winter maintenance experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) What we offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent, full-time hours during peak season Opportunity for growth with a company that's expanding Work with a professional crew in a no-drama, results-focused environment
