Maintenance Technician (Day or Night Shift)

6:00 PM•6:00 AM 2-2-3 schedule Join a leading advanced manufacturing organization supporting the technology behind everyday innovations, from consumer electronics to renewable energy solutions. We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, motors, conveyors, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, CNC, and automation-related issues to minimize downtime. Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and engineering drawings. Fabricate, repair, and install equipment components as needed. Complete equipment modifications and improvement projects. Maintain maintenance records and parts inventory. Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment issues and improve performance. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and electrical systems. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics. Basic knowledge of CNC equipment and automation systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Safety and quality-focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field. Technical or trade school certification. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and use of hands. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly. Work in a manufacturing environment around moving mechanical equipment, airborne particles, and moderate noise levels.
