Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting & Repair:

Identify root causes of machine breakdowns; dismantle, repair, and reassemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Electrical Maintenance:

Install and repair electrical components, wiring, transformers, and electronic controls.

Preventative Maintenance:

Perform routine PMs, track work progress in a CMMS, and help maintain physical facility structures.

Machining & Fabrication:

Set up and operate machine shop tools (lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses) to repair or fabricate parts, jigs, and fixtures.

Continuous Improvement:

Execute project work orders and collaborate with reliability teams to manage parts and tools.

Working hours:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

Associate's degree in a technical field with 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience operating machine shop equipment (lathes, mills, drill presses). Prior experience in high-volume industrial manufacturing environments.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (or GED) with 5+ years of experience in electrical, technical, and mechanical equipment maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, and piping systems. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair. Ability to track work and communicate through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Flexibility to work assigned shift (Afternoon or Midnight) and overtime as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet, and operate powered industrial equipment. Apply today!
